Where do they live? Barren coasts of the sub-Antarctic islands which include Falkland Islands, South Georgia, Marion Island, The Crozet Archipelago, Kerguelen, Heard Island, Macquarie Island
How long do they live? King penguins live about 30 years.

What is the weight of this penguin? They weigh about 30 pounds. 
What do they look like? Distinctive features of the King penguin include a silvery-grey back with a blackish-brown head decorated with striking ear patches of bright golden-orange feathers.
What do they eat? They eat fish, squid and crustaceans.
Where do they nest and what are the nests like? King penguins do not build nests, instead they tuck their single egg under their bellies while resting it on their feet.
What are the predators of this penguin? At sea, the key predators of King penguins are the Leopard seals and Killer whales who wait beneath the surface near the shore for unsuspecting birds. Shore birds such as: skuas, sheathbills and Giant petrels often eat eggs and young birds when unattended by adults.
